Description:

We are seeking an “A” player to fill the position of mid-level .NET Developer.

This person must be comfortable in a fast-paced, small-company atmosphere and would be responsible for coding software applications to adhere to designs supporting internal business requirements or external customers.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Partiipate in existing projects and full lifecycle development for new projects
* Participate in the design and development of .NET based applications and web solutions
* Actively seek out, master and report on new software, software capabilities, software development methodologies, and other computer-related tools to improve productivity and knowledge sharing of the team in general
* Provide guidance and direction regarding .NET development standards, policies, and best practices
* Provide client guidance and direction regarding development methodologies, frameworks, and processes
* Perform technology/tools evaluation and software technical proof of concepts
